Topic:  Exploring Performance: Creating a Productive Work Environment to Meet Customer Needs

Please join us for the January 16th Working Forward Forum and an insightful discussion about the relationship between a highly productive work environment and high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

Assessing the experience of the Federal Government’s myriad customers is a challenging task. While agencies have made meaningful strides to measure how well they are delivering services to the public, there is still a lack of reliable performance information that allow for cross-agency comparisons and offer agency leaders an understanding of the factors that will best help them build a strong CX culture.

This session of the Working Forward Forum will feature Brandon Lardy, leader of the Partnership for Public Services’ data science practice and internal data strategy. His recent report, Exploring Performance, highlights Federal agencies that create a productive work environment and are best positioned to meet customer needs. Accompanying Brandon will be Sahil Singh, the Partnership’s Manager of Customer Experience.

Following this presentation, SSLC Board member Melissa Wojciak, Vice President, Government Relations at Monster Government Solutions, will facilitate the discussion with three distinguished leaders in the Federal HR community: IRS CHCO, Traci DiMartini; HUD Deputy CHCO, Priscilla Clark; and the US House of Representatives CHCO, John Salamone along with our audience of government and industry leaders.
